All users are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and truthful information. BaliBusinessVisa is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by applicants.
2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected through forms, emails, or chats is used exclusively to process your visa application and provide related support.
Your data will never be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties except when required for government or legal purposes, or to fulfill your visa application with authorized immigration partners.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are possible only if the application process has not started or if BaliBusinessVisa fails to provide the agreed service due to internal error.
Once documents have been submitted to immigration, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable. In cases of visa rejection by immigration, no refund applies, as the decision lies beyond our control.
Refund requests must be made in writing to billing@balibusinessvisa.com within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
