Section 01
Terms of service
Bali Visa is a private agent that helps travellers apply for Indonesian visas. We prepare paperwork, provide local sponsorship and lodge applications with Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi on your behalf. The final decision to issue, refuse, extend or cancel a visa is made by the Indonesian government, not by us.
By submitting an application form, paying our fees or corresponding with our team, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
Section 02
Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of every piece of information you give us, including names, passport details, photographs and travel plans. We rely on what you submit and cannot be held liable for delays, refusals or fines caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.
Section 03
Fees and payment
All fees are quoted before we begin work and include the government charge, the sponsor letter where applicable, and our service fee. Payment is made before lodgement. Currency conversion and bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
Section 04
Refund policy
If we have not yet started lodgement we will refund 100% of what you have paid. Once an application has been lodged, government fees and sponsor costs are non-refundable. If a visa is refused by Indonesian Immigration, we refund our service fee minus any unrecoverable third-party costs.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@balivisa.com within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Section 05
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for changes to immigration policy, processing delays, denied entry, deportation or any indirect losses you may suffer as a result of your visa application.
Section 06
Privacy policy
This section describes how Bali Visacollects, stores, shares and deletes your personal information. If anything below is unclear, please email us — we'll explain.
Section 07
Data we collect
When you apply with us we collect what you submit on our application form and the documents you upload — typically your name, date of birth, contact details, passport scan, recent photo and travel plans. We also receive basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you visit the site.
Section 08
Where data is stored
Form data is stored in a Google-hosted spreadsheet only accessible to authorised members of our team. Files are stored on Cloudinary using secure, signed URLs. Both providers operate to industry-standard security practices.
Section 09
Who we share with
We share information only with parties involved in processing your visa: Indonesian Immigration, our authorised local sponsor, and our payment processor when you make payment. We never sell your data and never share it for marketing purposes.
Section 10
Retention
Application records are kept for as long as your case remains active and for up to two years afterwards for tax, audit and customer-support reasons. Uploaded documents are deleted once your case closes unless a longer retention is required by law.
Section 11
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@balivisa.com. We respond within 30 days.
Section 12
Accessibility
We design this site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you spot something that doesn't work for you — including assistive technologies — please let us know and we'll fix it.
