About this visa
The business visa for meetings, audits and training, up to 180 days.
The C2 Business Visa covers the activities a tourist visa doesn't: audits, quality inspections, staff training, after-sales service and longer business engagements. Like the C1, it grants 60 days on arrival and extends in-country up to 180 days in total.
Permitted activities include business meetings, supervising investments, conferences, exhibitions, training and audits. It does not permit you to be paid by an Indonesian entity, for that you need a working KITAS.

Your first hotel, villa or host address in Indonesia. It can be updated later.

Required for every visit visa, we provide one through our partner companies if you don't have your own.

How is the C2 different from the C1 Tourist Visa?
Same structure, different permitted activities. Both give 60 days on arrival, extendable to 180 in total. The C2 adds business activities the C1 doesn't cover: audits, inspections, staff training and after-sales service. Simple meetings and conferences are fine on either.
Can I sign contracts and receive payment?
You can sign contracts and explore opportunities. Receiving a salary from an Indonesian company is only allowed under a working KITAS, we can transition you when needed.
Do I need a PT PMA?
Not necessarily. You can use our partner sponsor for most cases. If you already have a PT PMA we can use that as the guarantor instead.
How quickly can it be issued?
Standard processing is 8–14 working days once all documents are received. Once approved, the visa is valid from the date you choose, so timing is flexible.
